A good friend of mine had some tickets to the cowboy's game that she was unable to use and asked if we'd be interested in them. ARE YOU KIDDING? My husband was elated. Even though it was just preseason tickets, it was great to get into the stadium and see how amazing it was. When you go thru security to get inside they separate the men from the women...isn't that funny? We figured that someone was going to challenge this system at some point. Once we got inside we were overwhelmed at how enormous it was. Welcome to the new Cowboy's Stadium
The biggest TV I have every seen! We had spectacular seats but it was hard to watch the actual players instead of this HUGE tv.
All of us are ready for some football! K'Lee and Ellie stayed at home with their grandparents to watch on tv though.
We knew that parking was going to be very far away from the stadium so we stopped at Wal-Mart on the way and bought the only cheap umbrella stroller they had: Purple and Pink. PJ didn't care and we were all excited to not have to carry a 20lb kid a couple of miles.
Clint and J'Lee went to get us some snacks and this is what happened. Clint tried to step over the row of seats (after seeing that several other people had done it successfully) and unfortunately didn't make it. Luckily, everyone at the cowboy stadium was super nice and they gave him replacement food for free.
Walking up and down the aisle
This was taken after the game. He stayed awake the whole time and wasn't really that fussy. We were impressed! And a close up of PJ rocking out the purple and pink stroller. :)
Handsome man on his way to church.
Helping mom with the laundry. I push him around in the laundry basket and pretend it's a train complete with "choo choo" sound effects.
I decided to see how artsy/crafty my little one is. He definitely takes after his mommy...he loved painting with water. I brought out a big piece of cardboard and paintbrush and let him paint on it with water. I only showed him once what to do and he noticed the changes in the cardboard right away and went to town a painting. He did try to put the brush in his mouth a couple of times which makes me glad I just used water this time. And I let him "finger paint" too with the water but he liked the brush better.
Then we decided to use the cardboard as a ramp for his cars. This boy loves his cars! He even makes a little car noise; very cute!
